Where applicable, you will be signing up to the programme and a professional body such as the ICE, CICES or RICS, completion of the programme requires:Sign up as a Graduate member of your professional bodyA minimum of 3 quarterly reports completed and signedContinuous Professional Development (CPD) records to be signed off by your professional reviewer such as a Delegated Engineer, Counsellor or similarApproval for completion by your professional reviewerAs a Graduate Civil Engineer you will be responsible for a key element of work on a project taking a significant role in technical delivery as well as managing aspects of time, cost and quality and will acquire technical, leadership and project management skills and experience.Role Requirements:Assisting with the management of site operations, to ensure safety, quality, cost effectiveness, timely production and customer satisfactionPlanning and sequencing of operations, including writing method statements and risk assessments, and procuring sub-contractor, labour, plant and material resourcesBriefing teams Implementing operational quality control including setting out and QA processesPrepare technical drawings, calculations, and construction documentation under supervision.Ensure compliance with engineering standards, local regulations, and safety requirements.Commercial managementDesign and design managementWork winningFull engagement with the STRABAG UK’s 15 month Graduate ProgrammeWhat you stand to gainThis happens after the successful application1.
