As a key member of the Global Payroll team you will be responsible for end‑to‑end payroll processing for multiple countries in EMEA with a particular focus on UK&I and to advise and manage HR policies. In this role you will Oversee the end‑to‑end payroll cycle for our UK Payroll including European entities ensuring timely and accurate processing by our outsourced payroll provider. Validate payroll data from Workday, Cloudpay and other third‑parties to ensure accuracy as well as adherence to local European regulations. Analyze and prepare variance reports for your assigned countries. Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance audits. Partner with our stakeholders to ensure timely release of bank files and execution of money movement agreements for pay dates. Responsible for declarations and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) ensuring compliance with both local laws and company policies. Identify and implement process improvements, identify best practices that reduce waste and leverage automation across our payroll operations. Create country‑specific operating procedures that incorporate key legislative items and company policies. Lead onboarding sessions for new hires and office hours to resolve employee inquiries. Assist Payroll Manager and Payroll Director with ad‑hoc projects and implementation of new countries. Attend governance calls with third‑party vendors to review performance and resolve issues. Assist with year‑end activities and ensure filing deadlines are met compliantly. Partner with key internal stakeholders, particularly with the People and Legal teams, for the implementation and review of HR policies and procedures. Respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner. Minimum requirements for the role Prior experience with Workday as well as Cloudpay. Prior experience with payroll integrations and automation. Advanced knowledge of Excel. Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritise and complete projects timely and accurately. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. An ideal candidate also has Comfortable in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment and able to adjust to changing priorities. Strong communication skills and customer‑service focus. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in a very open and transparent environment. Prior experience with EMEA payrolls. Exposure to accounting activities such as journal entries mapping and reconciliation of payroll GL accounts.
