Commercial Support Officer Location: Premex House, Bolton Department: Sales - PSL About the Role We’re seeking a proactive Commercial Support Officer to lead the coordination and management of 3dR fee challenges. You’ll refine processes, reduce disputes, and strengthen customer relationships while driving best practice across our client base. Key Responsibilities Manage escalated fee challenges and streamline waive processesPartner with Finance, Operations, IT, and Account Managers to minimise disputesTrack and report waive levels by customerSupport the development of fee protocols with insurersAudit waives to ensure compliance and consistencyDevelop strategies for new fee challenges and share knowledge across the business What We’re Looking For Experience in personal injury claims or fee dispute managementStrong communication, negotiation, and influencing skillsProven track record in managing escalated issues in a results-driven environmentCommercial awareness and problem‑solving mindsetAbility to build strong cross‑functional relationships Why Join Us?
