Bournemouth Collegiate School (BCS) is seeking a Skilled Maintenance Operative to join our Estates Team and help ensure our buildings and grounds are maintained to a high standard. This role is split across both our school site teams depending on requirements. The successful candidate will : Contribute to the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the school by maintaining a safe, secure, clean and well‑presented environment. Provide skilled support in general maintenance, repairs, health and safety compliance, and site security. Ensure that the school environment is welcoming and conducive to teaching and learning. Proven practical skills across a range of trades is essential, previous experience of working in a school is desirable.
