The team promotes a collaborative, supportive, non-hierarchical approach and invests in development and training.Contract & Working PatternPermanent, Part time. Salary starts at £10,000 per session per annum (to be determined based on experience). Working hours are from 0800 to 18:30, flexible based on service needs.Accountable toLead GP PartnerJob Responsibilities Deliver high-quality primary care services, including managing a range of acute, chronic and complex conditions. Providing telephone, online and face-to-face consultations. Supporting long-term condition management. Home visits when required. Contributing to clinical governance, QOF achievement and practice development. Working collaboratively with the wider practice and PCN team. Prescribing as per local and national guidelines. Taking responsibility for appropriate referrals following local guidance and good medical practice and administration pertaining to them. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of consultations using S1 clinical systems. Essential Qualifications & Requirements DBS UK registration. UK professional registration. MRCGP qualification. General Practitioner - Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT). Full GMC registration. Eligibility to practice in the UK independently. Registered on the NHSE medical performers list. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Proficient in using clinical IT Systems and embracing technology. Strong clinical skills, evidence‑based approach to patient care. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently. Desirable Qualifications Experience of working within a busy practice alongside a multi‑disciplinary team.
