Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst

They currently hold a vacancy for an experienced, hardworking and dedicated Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their busy team working on a variety of contracts in and around the Nottingham area. The successful candidate will hold the P402/3/4 and extensive experience carrying out asbestos surveys and analytical duties on a range of site types. Applications from Derby, Stock-on-Trent, Chesterfield, and the surrounding areas will be considered. Qualifications & Experience: Will hold the P402/P403/P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification. Experience in asbestos surveying and air-monitoring/air-testing. Excellent communication skills. Competent IT skills including experience using Microsoft office applications. A strong working knowledge of asbestos health & safety procedures. Duties within the Role: Carry out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing. Undertaking Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties including commercial and industrial. Supervising contractors on site ensuring compliance with asbestos health and safety procedures. Collating and producing comprehensive reports. Maintaining a professional working relationship with the company’s large portfolio of clients.
