Capture and collate evidence of compliance with regulatory duties and contract requirements. Safeguard and prioritize the well‑being of the team. Lead and manage a group of Team Managers across a defined location. Support customers to learn, develop and thrive through high‑quality personal care and assistance with daily living tasks. Qualifications Experience in a Care Quality Commission (CQC) or similar regulated service, having held a Team Manager role. Level 5 or higher qualification in Leadership and Management. Innovative, supportive, empathetic, and organized leadership style. Competent with IT software and digital tools. Willingness to learn, mentor colleagues, and travel within the designated area. Interest in becoming a CQC Registered Manager in due course. Enhanced DBS will be required for each successful candidate (paid for by Oaklea). No agencies please.
