PositionRegistered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) for a locked rehabilitation recovery service in Leeds, West Yorkshire. OverviewOpportunity to work with TipTopJob, a leading UK healthcare provider, focusing on active rehabilitation for patients requiring integrated care to progress into community placements. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high standard of care to people with mental illness.Develop therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement.Contribute to patient assessments, compile a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitor patient progress.Follow all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting rights and promoting ethical practice. Preferred Skills & ExperienceUnderstanding of care planning processes and experience of writing care plans.Experience working with service users with various mental health needs.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to contribute to, monitor and implement changes that improve service delivery and outcomes. RequirementsQualified as a Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD).Current active NMC pin.
