If you’ve got a love for filming, storytelling, and riding off-road, we want you to be part of our dynamic team based in BathWe’re looking for a talented and creative Off‑Road Video Creator to help shape our exciting content across our channels, including EMBN, GMBN, GMBN Tech, and EMBN Tech. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your passion for mountain biking with your skills in video production. You’ll be working alongside a diverse team of presenters and creators, capturing content both on and off your bike – and even shooting from your bike in some of the most scenic locationsWhat You’ll Be Doing :Filming engaging content that truly reflects Play Sports Network’s brand and Off‑Road Channels.Collaborating with a team to create, edit, and assemble content, ensuring it is broadcast‑ready.Travelling across the UK and internationally to location shoots, capturing footage in stunning off‑road environments.Using your creativity to tell stories through video, including filming, editing, and using special effects to bring content to life.Managing and maintaining company filming equipment with care, ensuring it aligns with PSG’s guidelines.Coordinating with Production and Audience Development teams to ensure smooth scheduling and timely delivery of content for social media.What We’re Looking For :A confident and skilled off‑road cyclist who loves the idea of filming from your bike and navigating diverse terrains for shoots.Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.A solid understanding of video production, including shooting, editing, lighting, and audio equipment.A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high‑quality content that resonates with our audience.Strong team‑working abilities, as you'll be collaborating with presenters, other creators, and various departments.A proactive, organised mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently under tight deadlines.A full, UK Driving Licence and a Passport for travel requirements.We Welcome All Talent :At Play Sports Network, we strive to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and can thrive. We want to work with individuals who share a passion for inclusivity as we believe that diversity leads to more innovative, creative, exciting content, and a better working environment for all.Key Responsibilities :Filming and recording shoots, with a focus on creativity and engagement.Editing footage using Adobe Premiere Pro to produce finished content.Ensuring timely communication with production teams to meet project deadlines.Collaborating with in‑house designers to incorporate graphics and motion elements.Supporting the social media team with edits for thumbnails and promotional content.Skills & Experience You’ll Need :Experience in location and studio filming.Confident off‑road cyclist with experience filming from a bike in challenging terrain.Proficient with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).Comfortable operating lighting, camera, and audio equipment.Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.A team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.Your Success in the First Six Months :Build strong working relationships within the off‑road creative team, including presenters.Develop your influencing skills to drive projects forward and work collaboratively with the wider team.Sharpen your technical skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, becoming more advanced in editing.Take on more responsibility by leading shoots independently, with guidance from the Senior Video Creator.Career Pathway :Next Level : Senior Video CreatorTraining and Skills :As you progress, you’ll develop organisational and leadership skills, including becoming the main point of contact for interns and junior video creators.
