Kitson Associates are excited to share a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join a largely successful housebuilder due to continued growth within the team.Role and ResponsibilitiesOversee the technical aspects of residential developments from design to completionManage consultant contracts, fee proposals, and appointments.Work closely with internal teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all designs are buildable and comply with regulatory standards.Ensure all technical information (working drawings, consultant documents, and approvals) is accurately coordinated and submitted to building control and warranty providers.Support the Land, Planning, and Development teams during land acquisition and planning condition discharge.Lead and participate in Pre-Start Meetings to align departments on engineering and design requirements.Skills and ExperienceBTEC HND/HNC in Design, Construction, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent)Experience in a technical role within residential construction, including experience in project design and delivery.Proficient with AutoCADCommercial awareness and the ability to make decisions within your authority.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.Mathematical proficiency and a keen eye for detail.For more information, please apply with an up to date CV to Becky Kitson at Kitson Associates.
