Programmes Quality Engineer / Quality Assurance Engineer Rolls‑Royce – myGwork LGBTQ+ Business Community We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our Programme Quality Engineering team based in Bristol. This role supports contractual quality requirements and programme activities. Key Responsibilities Lead quality objectives alignment with partners. Resolve customer complaint investigations. Manage supplier quality standards. Handle non‑conformance and conduct compliance audits. Monitor day‑to‑day operational activities against contractual deliverables. \Responsibilities (Programme Quality Engineer) Act as quality focal point for contractual requirements. Create and maintain quality plans. Analyse contracts for quality content. Meet with customers to accept quality plans. Consult stakeholders on contract requirements. Drive lessons learnt and improve programmes. Support internal/external audits as lead auditor. Lead root‑cause investigations into customer escapes. Deliver quality system processes consistent with Rolls‑Royce Management Systems. Qualifications Self‑starter with stakeholder management skills. Problem‑solving expertise (RCA, 8D, 5‑whys). Knowledge of green‑belt and process improvement. Auditor or lead auditor experience. Regulatory and international quality standards knowledge. IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, PowerBI, SAP. Understanding of Rolls‑Royce RRMS.
