You will join a team with the primary objective to work closely with customers to develop, test and optimise the NVH performance of their powertrain (electrified and conventional) for future vehicle programs. You will be expected to take ownership for planning and executing test work on development vehicles and rigs, providing clear and concise data analysis and reporting/recommendations to customer teams (focused but not limited to electric drive unit, high voltage components).


What You Will Do:
  1. Lead vehicle and rig testing from requirement definition, through instrumentation to data analysis and reporting.
  2. Define technical and timing requirements for testing.
  3. Conduct vehicle and/or rig testing as needed.
  4. Supervise testing facility setups to ensure compliance with requirements.
  5. Provide technical direction to test facilities and other stakeholders.
  6. Process and analyse data to inform engineering decisions and provide updates on project and testing status to all stakeholders.

What You Will Bring:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or a related engineering field.
  2. Experience in powertrain NVH development and/or testing.
  3. Proficiency in issue identification, troubleshooting, and NVH data processing.
  4. Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to make clear technical recommendations.
  5. Electric Drive Unit experience and knowledge (preferred).
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently on high-level instructions.
