Responsibilities, hours and the day‑to‑day of the role You will work 4 x 10‑hour shifts per week, totalling 40 hours per week. Hours can fall any time between 6 am and 10 pm, Monday to Sunday, and will be allocated to you by our resource planner 3‑weeks in advance. You will drive up to 2 hours to get to your venue of the day; public transport may also be required depending on venue type. All venues are maintained at the highest quality. You may work at many new venues throughout your region. You will plan your route, travel to your assigned venue, unpack and set up your kit – then greet your first customers. Expect to see 15 to 22 customers per day with appointments ranging from 10 to 45 minutes. You will perform health assessments: PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, short fitness tests, and offer advice on further testing when appropriate. You will update and maintain all administration records. You will not relay any results or further lifestyle advice after the assessments are complete. Requirements A full UK driving licence and access to your own car – kit transport required. Ability to work any days between Monday and Sunday and any times between 6 am and 10 pm on a rota basis. Computer, laptop, phone or tablet skills. Clear DBS – we will process this on your behalf. Ability to travel up to 2 hours away and occasional overnight stays where required. Living within the correct distance of the regional location of the role. Availability to attend our Milton Keynes head office for the first 2 weeks of training (Monday‑Friday). Willingness to learn and take on new skills. We require a satisfactory enhanced criminal records check (covered by us).
