In the role of Information Management Lead - Water Sector at Stantec, you will bring visionary leadership to the strategic application of data for exceptional project delivery across Stantec’s UK&I Water sector. The OpportunityStantec’s rapidly growing Water sector business in the UK & Ireland (UK&I) is seeking an Information Management Lead. This pivotal, client‑facing role sets the standard for data and information systems across major projects and consultancy portfolio. This role can be based out of any of our UK offices. You will oversee the development, implementation, and management of information systems across Stantec’s Water UK&I operations, ensuring efficient handling of data from planning to construction and beyond. Your focus is on optimising information workflows to support critical decision‑making for our clients, including Strategic Client Engagement, Best Practice Implementation, Workflow Streamlining, and Multidisciplinary Collaboration with internal capabilities. About YouWe are looking for a strategic and client‑focused Information Manager with deep sector expertise. Proven experience as an Information Manager in a client‑facing capacity within the Water, Energy, or wider Infrastructure sectors. Firm understanding of ISO 19650 requirements and practical application within capital delivery environments. Strong knowledge of connected data environments, including Model‑driven delivery (BIM), Geospatial data, Data analytics, Secured Information Environments (incorporating cybersecurity, information security, and use in Critical National Infrastructure). Ability to set out how different areas of the business can successfully implement enhanced data and information management practices across varied project contexts. Comfort and expertise in collaborating, engaging with, and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including highly technical experts. Why Join Stantec?
