Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address medication safety risks. Provide guidance and training on medicines management best practice. Contribute to continuous improvement activities across the pharmacy service. Qualifications and Training NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in pharmaceutical science and BTEC in pharmacy services. Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Accredited Checking Technician. Accredited Medicine Management Technician. NVQ Assessor (desirable). Experience Extensive post-qualification experience within hospital pharmacy. Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team. Leadership and management experience. Keen to increase knowledge and personal development (desirable). Demonstrated understanding of hospital pharmacy and its staff skill mix. Skills and Abilities Excellent written and oral communication skills. Supervisory skills. Ability to work on own initiative and common sense. Flexibility within the working environment.
