Your job is to deliver first‑class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers while helping us maintain a vibrant, inclusive environment that rewards those who go beyond the plate. Shift patterns: Rotating shifts. Key responsibilities Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high‑quality food that delights customers. Keeping the bar area clean. Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards). Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator. Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates. Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques. Checking that brewing equipment operates properly and reporting any maintenance needs. Representing Asda and maintaining a positive brand image. Complying with food handling & hygiene standards. Complying with health & safety regulations. Ideal candidate Excellent communicator who builds relationships easily. Previous experience in customer service. Strives for excellence, eager and motivated. Takes initiative and makes decisions that best serve customers. Hands‑on experience with brewing equipment. Ability to work under pressure. Exceptional timekeeping and reliability.
