Senior Pharmacist - Children’s Services Apply for this role at The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust. We are seeking a dynamic, committed pharmacist with excellent clinical and communication skills to lead the delivery of our specialised paediatric service. The role is part‑time and part of a well‑established team supporting clinical excellence and operational efficiencies. Key responsibilities: Paediatric acute service – inpatient areas Paediatric community services Paediatric High Dependency Unit Paediatric antimicrobial stewardship including OPAT Paediatric virtual wards Paediatric outpatients including homecare and daycase Provide specialist clinical pharmacy support and advice to the paediatric speciality, demonstrating in‑depth clinical knowledge and a high level of clinical effectiveness. Manage the day‑to‑day delivery of clinical pharmacy services to the paediatric directorate, ensuring efficient, safe and effective use of resources. Undertake teaching and clinical supervision of pharmacy staff and other healthcare professionals. Work with the clinical and governance teams to develop guidelines, protocols and policies within the paediatric services.
