We have been certified as a Great Place To Work®, and named one of BuiltIn's Best Places to Work for the seventh year in a row The Sr. Manager, Content Management plays a pivotal role in accelerating GTM performance across LogicMonitor’s Field Sales, Channel, and Strategic Partner ecosystems. This role owns the curation, management, and optimization of high-impact enablement content — including AI-assisted playbooks, video content, podcasts, self-paced learning modules and gamified learning experiences — to engage, educate, and empower customer-facing teams. You’ll transform enablement into an always-on, interactive experience that connects learning to doing, leveraging LM’s RevLAB platform and the #OneTeam mindset to unify Field, Channel, and Partner success. Responsibilities Content Strategy & Alignment with LM GTM Programs Own the Field and Channel Enablement Content Strategy aligned to LM’s RevLAB framework, GTM plays, and quarterly revenue priorities. Partner with GTM leadership (Sales, Channel, Marketing) to translate enablement priorities into cohesive, multimedia content experiences. Ensure every piece of content — from deal execution guides to product launch assets — reinforces LM’s GTM playbook and revenue motions. Maintain a structured content governance model (taxonomy, tagging, lifecycle management) within enablement platforms like Skillibrium, Showpad, LMS/Partner Portal, and Gong. Multimedia Content Creation (Video, Podcast, Interactive) Lead production of AI-assisted video and podcast content — including playbook breakdowns, product spotlights, leader interviews, and “RevLAB in Action” success stories. Design short-form video learning modules for field and channel teams to drive retention and engagement. Build repeatable frameworks for podcast and video storytelling, integrating insights from Sales, Product, and Channel leaders. Partner with the Learning Systems & Content team to ensure seamless delivery across LM’s enablement tech stack. AI-Powered Enablement & Automation Leverage AI tools and copilots (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Skillibrium AI, Gong Assist) to automate content summarization, personalization, and distribution. Develop AI prompt libraries and guided workflows that empower sales and partner managers to generate contextual enablement materials. Use performance data and feedback loops to train AI models on what “good” looks like for LM’s GTM content ecosystem. Gamification & Engagement Implement gamification mechanics (badges, leaderboards, challenges, missions) to boost field participation in enablement programs and certifications. Collaborate with Global Product Training and Community Readiness to integrate microlearning and skill progression paths into RevLAB. Recognize and spotlight top field performers through digital badges, RevLAB challenges, and leaderboard showcases during QBRs and SKO. Channel Enablement Integration Partner with Channel Enablement leadership to create co-branded, scalable enablement programs for LM partners and resellers. Adapt LM GTM content for Channel delivery — ensuring localization, co-sell alignment, and joint success storytelling. Drive partner readiness through interactive digital experiences, certification paths, and joint enablement campaigns. What You’ll Need Required 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Channel Enablement, Content Strategy, or Learning Experience Design within a B2B SaaS organization. 2+ years of people management experience, leading high-performing enablement or content development teams. Proven ability to create and deliver engaging multimedia enablement content, including videos, podcasts, and interactive learning modules. Skilled in leveraging AI-powered content tools and enablement platforms such as Skillibrium, Highspot, Gong, and various LMS systems. Exceptional writing, visual storytelling, and instructional design expertise, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes. Deep understanding of channel enablement strategies and partner ecosystem dynamics. Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to connect engagement metrics to sales performance and translate insights into actionable improvements. Preferred Background in sales execution or field enablement within a complex GTM organization. Experience implementing gamification frameworks in enablement or learning programs. Familiarity with LogicMonitor GTM Enablement methodologies (RevLAB, Skillibrium Coaching, Partner RevLAB) Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across Field, Channel, and Product functions.
