Shift Engineer

Shift Engineer Location: Downpatrick, County Down, Northern Ireland. Finnebrogue operates four sites in Downpatrick; this role works within the Shift Team to ensure site processing equipment operation is optimised. Job Purpose Work closely with the Engineering Team Lead within the Shift Team to optimise site processing equipment operation, through preventative maintenance work and prioritising any required equipment outage response. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance on processing equipment. Prioritise unplanned maintenance and oversee equipment outage responses. Collaborate with the Engineering Team Lead and Shift Team to minimise downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure production continuity. Hours of Work Continental shift pattern: 12‑hour shifts, two weeks on day shift followed by two weeks on evening/night shift, covering Monday to Sunday. Day Shift: 6am‑6pm.
