Key Responsibilities Supervise and support junior members of the audit team, providing clear leadership and direction at our Birmingham location. Serve as a primary point of contact between clients and senior management during audit engagements. Prepare and review audit files to ensure they meet internal standards and are ready for managerial sign-off. Complete detailed technical audit work and contribute to delivering a reliable and professional service to clients. Handle complex audit and technical issues with confidence and commercial awareness. Salary range: £44,000-£52,000, reflective of experience and responsibility. Skills, Experience and Attributes ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent). Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and manage positive client relationships. Confident in supervising and developing junior team members.
