PMO Manager - SAP SuccessFactors / Talent AcquisitionOne of our public sector clients is seeking an experienced PMO Manager with strong SAP SuccessFactors (or ATS) Talent Acquisition expertise to drive consistency, governance and operational excellence across multiple TA workstreams. This role is focused on embedding consistent processes, strengthening reporting, and improving recruitment enablement across divisions.You will bring together multiple TA projects, ensuring standardised approaches to planning, tracking and delivery. With hands‑on experience of Talent Acquisition systems, you will act as the bridge between technical teams and end users, solidifying SuccessFactors reporting and ensuring high‑quality outputs. Your work will enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows and help deliver a unified TA strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex TA programmes aligned to strategic recruitment objectivesEstablish consistent PMO standards, processes, trackers and project plansConsolidate cross‑division workstreams, track KPIs and produce insightful reportingPartner with Senior Recruitment Business Partners to support pan‑organisation collaborationDrive continuous improvement, embedding tools, frameworks and education into BAUCoordinate capacity planning, resource forecasting and cross‑portfolio alignmentIdentify risks, dependencies and opportunities for efficiencyEnsure clear, outcome‑based deliverables and well‑communicated plansEssential Skills & ExperienceStrong PMO background with hands‑on Talent Acquisition systems (SuccessFactors or ATS) - ESSENTIALProven delivery of multi‑workstream change programmesExperience partnering with TA, HR, Technology and senior stakeholdersExpertise in project management tools, agile delivery and continuous improvementAbility to influence, build consensus and communicate effectively across teamsExperience implementing or optimising recruitment technologiesThis is a short‑term contract until end of March 2026 .
