Job DescriptionRole: Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform DeveloperLocation: Hybrid (remote + occasional on-site)Salary: £40kContract: PermanentReports To: Head of IT & DataRole SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Developer with strong Power Apps experience to enhance and optimise our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment. You will design, develop, and implement solutions across the Power Platform to improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience. Working within a small IT and Data team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, robust, and user-friendly systems.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Development & Integration: Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CE; develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows; integrate with Microsoft 365 tools; maintain Dataverse data structures; ensure GDPR and security compliance.User Engagement & Support: Gather user requirements, conduct testing, provide training, and offer ongoing support.Reporting & Insights: Support dashboards and analytics using Power BI; help track KPIs and improve data processes.Essential ExperienceProven Dynamics 365 CE development and maintenanceStrong Power Platform skills (Power Apps, Power Automate)Dataverse, custom entities, business process flowsTranslating business needs into low-code / no-code solutionsUnderstanding of GDPR and secure system designStrong communication and problem-solving skillsDesirable ExperiencePower BI, DAX, or SQL reportingIntegrations with Microsoft 365 or third-party appsALM / version control for Power PlatformUser training and support experienceNon-profit or public sector experienceValuesCollaborative, curious, and innovative.
