Responsibilities Shape and deliver our Category Management strategy and governance across Tarmac. Lead and coach a talented team managing a £500m+ annual spend across UK Logistics, Facilities, Estates, and General Services. Spearhead our Fleet Management strategy for cars and vans — enhancing safety, compliance, and cost efficiency. Partner with senior stakeholders to unlock value, foster collaboration, and ensure alignment with the wider CRH global procurement framework. What You’ll Bring A track record in category management or strategic procurement, ideally in engineering, fleet, or construction sectors. Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a passion for developing talent. Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Analytical and problem-solving excellence, with the confidence to make decisions in complex environments.
