Male Support Worker – 39 Hours per Week in Ormskirk We are seeking a dedicated Male Support Worker to provide 24‑hour support services across a varied shift pattern. The role is based in Ormskirk and offers a structured training program for all new staff. Responsibilities Provide compassionate care to individuals with diverse needs, including learning, physical, and mental health challenges. Support personal care, daily living activities, and the implementation of individualized care plans. Record observations and progress accurately in the designated systems. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients and colleagues. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to review and update care plans. Attend training sessions and continuous development activities. Qualifications & Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Patience, confidence, and enthusiasm for caring for others. Strong initiative and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Flexibility to work varied shift patterns, including nights and weekends. Commitment to AFG values and a desire to learn. Training & Development No prior care experience is required, as full training will be provided.
