Lead Water Treatment Engineer – London

Overview Our client is an industry-leading water management company who provide a range of water treatment/hygiene and legionella services to a varied nationwide client base. They are currently recruiting for a Lead Water Treatment Engineer based in or around the London area. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working within the water treatment industry and will be able to act as lead engineer, delivering routine water treatment duties, including closed system analysis, to a varied site base. Applications will be considered from Romford, Croydon, Enfield, Slough, Dartford, and surrounding areas with good access to the M25. Qualifications & Experience Extensive experience working as a water treatment engineer Excellent communication skills Proficient in using Microsoft office package A good working knowledge of the water treatment industry Plumbing qualifications would be beneficial Role Conduct routine inspection, sampling, temperature monitoring and analysis of water systems Closed system analysis CWST cleaning Dealing with softeners and dosing units Cleaning/servicing of TMV’s and showerheads Servicing and disinfection of mains water systems Changing and replacing tanks, remedial works, flushing systems, water softeners, etc Collate and produce comprehensive reports Chemical tank cleans, steam boilers, cooling towers Maintain a professional working relationship with clients Benefits A competitive salary, depending upon experience, company vehicle and other benefits awaits the right candidate.
