Senior/Semi Senior Accountant – Nottingham – £30,000 - £42,000

Chase & Holland are proud to be partnering with a growing Accountancy Practice based in Nottingham on a key piece of recruitment for an up and coming Accountant. They are open to someone joining the team as a Semi Senior or Senior Accountant, depending on your prior experience and qualifications. Competitive salary of £30,000 - £42,000 depending on experience and qualifications

Clear progression opportunities as the company continues to growResponsibilities in the role:

Manage your own portfolio of clients, including handling queries
Assisting the Managers with their client accounts
Producing accounts based on to FRS105/102 section 1A standard
Manage own work allocation and time
Prepare CT computations and returns
Filing of Confirmation Statements and other Companies House documents
VAT return preparation and filing
Dividend & investment planningHours:
Flexible working hours (35hrs)
Hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
Full time but open to part time for the right person

Required Skills & Experience:

Completed or studying towards ACCA/ACA
AAT Qualified (if not quite embarked on further studies)
Strong communication skills to work within a small internal team
The ability to be able to prioritise your own workload
