Senior Project Manager - Major Data Centre Projects This is your chance to join a world-class project management organisation delivering complex, high-value technical projects across the UK and Europe. We are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to support major live data centre projects in West London and Berkshire. These are flagship schemes, each valued at around £200m, with extensive fit‑out, M&E, and technical delivery packages. You’ll work in a collaborative, supportive environment with strong team leadership and clear development routes. Essential Experience 18 months-2 years of onsite Data Centre project experience. Strong understanding of M&E, technical fit‑out or major construction delivery. Ability to lead contractors, challenge effectively, and drive high standards. Experience working either client‑side, consultancy or contractor. Strong written, verbal, and client‑facing communication skills. Good attention to detail in reporting and documentation. Comfortable presenting to clients and managing stakeholder expectations. Familiar with JCT contracts Technical Skills Microsoft Office Suite Project scheduling using MS Project or Asta Preferred Backgrounds Candidates with experience from specialist M&E contractors or data centre delivery teams are strongly encouraged to apply. Degree‑qualified preferred but not essential‑those who have come through a trade route are also welcomed.
