Office Admin (Weekends) Join the ICare Group Meals office team working Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. The role is based in our Wigan office and requires a valid UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle. Base Pay Range Pay is based on skills and experience. Please discuss your individual salary with a recruiter. Key Responsibilities Support the Meals Office Team with general administrative duties such as replying to emails, answering telephone calls and taking messages. Place internet orders, print meal round sheets, pack meals and clean equipment. Carry out home visits to new customers before they begin the service, introducing the service, discussing payment methods, assisting with form completion and menu choices, and completing risk assessment forms. Assist with general administration and health and safety of the unit, including stock control and planning, cash reconciliation and providing support and information to clients and staff. Occasional cooking, cleaning and/or driving duties as required. What We Are Looking For Previous experience in an administration role. Customer‑service experience preferred. Confident skills in Microsoft Office. Positive, friendly and supportive attitude. Excellent communication skills, especially during wellbeing calls. Collaborative, willing to work in a fast‑paced environment and support colleagues. Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to client needs. Valid UK driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required.
