Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Practice Nurse to join our clinical team. The successful candidate will provide a wide range of nursing services and contribute to the ongoing development of patient care within the practice. Key Responsibilities Providing general treatment room duties and nursing care Delivering immunisations and vaccinations (childhood, travel, flu, etc.) Conducting cervical cytology screening Supporting chronic disease management (e.g. diabetes, asthma, COPD, hypertension) Performing wound care and health checks Promoting health education and lifestyle advice Supporting infection prevention and control Contributing to QOF targets, audits, and enhanced services About Us Bryant Street Medical Centre is a friendly, well‑established GP surgery located in central Chatham, committed to providing high‑quality, patient‑centred care to our local community.
