Job Overview Join as an Accounts Payable Processor at Crown Holdings, Inc., a world leader in metal packaging production. The role involves processing supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting the transition from JDE to SAP at the CMB plant. Key Responsibilities Check and process incoming supplier invoices in SAP using 3-way match and direct input methods. Ensure invoices are approved according to current P2P policy. Communicate with CMB Finance teams to facilitate timely processing and approval of supplier invoices. Maintain up‑to‑date records for all visible suppliers. Assist the team leader with month, quarter, year‑end closings as required. Prepare regular reports and statistics. Support the Accounts Payable Team Leader in achieving team objectives. Ensure coverage during holidays and absences. Follow SOX controls and file evidences. Perform ad‑hoc duties as required. Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience in a similar role. Experience with ERP finance systems (JD Edwards, SAP, Sage). Experience with 3-way match supplier invoice processing. Microsoft Office proficiency. Effective communication skills. Strong numeracy and reconciliation abilities. Ability to work in a diverse cultural environment. Highly organized, deadline‑focused, diligent. Continuous improvement mindset. Desirable Skills & Experience Accountancy qualification or pursuing one (AAT). Experience in a shared service function. Exposure to Sarbanes‑Oxley controls.
