Soft Services Manager Salary: £30,000 + Company Car + Performance-Related Reviews Location: East (Mobile Role) We are currently recruiting for a Soft Services Manager to join a growing Facilities Management business, overseeing multiple sites across the East on a mobile basis. About the Role As the Soft Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service delivery across a portfolio of sites, covering cleaning, waste, grounds maintenance and other soft services functions. You will build strong client relationships, manage on-site teams, and support operational excellence across the region. This is a mobile role, and a company car will be provided. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day delivery of soft services across multiple client sites Conduct site audits, compliance checks and performance reviews Support, guide and mentor on-site teams Build and maintain strong client relationships Ensure service standards, KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved Assist with planning, scheduling and resource management Provide hands-on support where needed to maintain operational excellence Requirements Experience in soft services or facilities management Strong communication and leadership skills Full UK driving licence (essential) Ability to manage multiple sites and adapt to changing priorities Proactive, organised and committed to high standards What's on Offer? £30,000 starting salary Company car Performance-related pay reviews Excellent opportunities for career progression Supportive and forward-thinking FM organisation If you’re an ambitious Soft Services Manager looking for your next step, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
