We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team at a highly rated, country pub and restaurant. Salary £30 to £35k plus Grats. With an ever-changing Menu and a renowned, award-winning Sunday Lunch, we're passionate about food that our guests love to come back for. The Role: Chef de Partie As Chef de Partie, you'll be a key part of our brigade, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering a high standard of food consistently across all menus. Key responsibilities Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard Managing your section efficiently and ensuring mise en place is always ready Assisting in the development of new dishes and menus Maintaining food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times Supporting and mentoring junior team members Who We're Looking For At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar kitchen environment A genuine love for food, especially modern British cuisine with a twist Someone who works well under pressure in a busy kitchen A positive attitude and strong team ethic #J-18808-Ljbffr
