Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Exponential-e Your new role Working in a Data Centre environment, providing customer support ensuring Service Levels are maintained and the ticketing system is fully up to date Work alongside experienced engineers, learning from them through structured training programs and on-the-job experience Learn a range of technical skills including cabling/patching and the installation of server, network and storage hardware What you’ll need to succeed No experience required – just a willingness to learn with a friendly, professional and flexible attitude You must be able to pass security checks for this job, including SC and BPSS clearance Full UK Driving Licence and your own personal car is essential for this position Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail What we offer No experience required, full training will be provided Great environment - our employee survey highlighted that 81% of employees would recommend a friend to work here Dedicated Learning and Development team and access to a range of training, courses and certification support Hours and location Hours: 8.5 hour shifts Mon‑Fri, between the hours of 6am and 11pm.
