A leading intellectual property firm is seeking a Marketing Executive to join their team in their London/Birmingham office. The role will support the Marketing & Business Development Manager with the timely delivery of marketing related projects and communications.The Responsibilities:Assist the Marketing & BD Manager to develop the annual marketing plan including Events, Digital Marketing and PRLead the management and development of the CRM marketing database (InterAction), reviewing ongoing processes, and cleansing the databaseManage the development of the company website, to raise Google rankings via SEO and contentTake ownership of the department’s intranet pages, update content as requiredCreating and distribution of emails using the firm’s e-marketing softwareReporting of campaign outcomes and events to evaluate effectiveness of marketing projectsAssist with formatting professional documents for presentations and pitches for Fee Earners, as requiredThe Candidate:Previous experience working in a busy Marketing team within a professional services or IP firmPossess a relevant marketing qualification or working towards a CIM qualificationStrong working knowledge of CRM system managementIn-depth understanding of websites and CMSPlease note: Due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm or a high profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
