The File Handler will manage a caseload of Litigated RTA suspected fraud files for various insurance clients, working closely with claims handlers without Delegated Authority. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Lead Lawyer to achieve optimal results in a commercially sound manner. The role requires following defined processes and applying a forensic, analytical approach to evidence, with a high level of commercial awareness. Decision-making within set timeframes, aligned with case strategy and client interests, is essential.The NDA File Handler will work strategically to ensure all litigation opportunities are maximized, shaping the future of counter-fraud efforts. The primary location is Bolton, Parklands Office.
