In House Trainer – Compliance (In‑House) Bright Futures Care, a leading specialist provider supporting children and adults with autism and learning disabilities, is seeking a Compliance In‑House Trainer to design and deliver engaging, person‑centred training across our services. Key Responsibilities Deliver classroom and on‑site compliance training. Design and update training materials and e‑learning content. Support training administration and evaluate training effectiveness. Champion our values and promote a culture of continuous learning. What We're Looking For Proven experience within the care sector. Confident public speaker and training facilitator. Awareness of different learning styles. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation skills. Proven ability to multi‑task and prioritise workload to demanding deadlines. Ability to seek and share knowledge. Ability to be resilient and adaptive to new situations. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent desirable. Train the Trainer qualification desirable. Additional Requirements A full driving licence is essential. Flexibility to support business needs. Outstanding organisational skills. Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
