Job Overview ASOS operates at the heart of digital experiences, powering the site with a product‑led organisation, cross‑functional teams, and a focus on scalability, personalisation, and cutting‑edge technology. The Loyalty team is part of Digital Product and reports to the Head of Loyalty. The Details This role is for a Senior Product Manager in the Loyalty team, part of Digital Product. We launched our ASOS.WORLD loyalty programme in July 2025 after a successful three‑month pilot and are looking to expand into other markets soon. In this role you’ll lead the strategy and development of features that ensure ASOS.WORLD loyalty has relevant and engaging benefits, drives value for both customers and ASOS, and experiments with new ideas to increase community engagement. Key Responsibilities Define and own the product vision and roadmap for digital loyalty benefits. Support the geo‑expansion of ASOS.WORLD by ensuring benefits are tailored to each market and customer need. Stay informed and surface competitor and industry‑wide trends to the core loyalty team. Lead initiatives to optimise benefits, using personalisation to make ASOS.WORLD relevant to every customer. Partner with design, marketing, engineering, and other business parts to build high‑quality, engaging UX that delights customers. Collaborate with and influence other areas of the business to create personalisation strategies that enhance engagement, loyalty, and conversion. Use customer research, data, and experimentation to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and measure impact. Run A/B tests and build data‑driven dashboards to shape next steps. Qualifications Proven experience as a Product Manager in e‑commerce, fashion, or consumer‑facing platforms. Strong track record in launching 0‑1 mobile‑first products, ideally with a focus on personalisation. Constantly push UI boundaries to elevate the experience, with a strong pulse on industry trends and OS capabilities. Familiarity with how enriched customer data powers the user journey to deliver contextually relevant content and experiences. Comfortable working in agile, full‑stack, cross‑functional teams. Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and experience using tools like Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, and Optimizely.
