Retail Supervisor - Part Time We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Castle Bromwich, West Midlands. This is a permanent part‑time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 24 hours each week and including some weekend work. Pay & Benefits Hourly pay rate of £13.11 and guaranteed minimum of 24 hours per week (£314 per week). Overtime may be available. Responsibilities Be an important part of the management team, supporting the manager to run an efficient shop and provide great service to customers. Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager’s absence, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are worked quickly, and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean and tidy shop. Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop your team of retail assistants. Take responsibility for controlling operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll. Qualifications A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work. A people person who easily builds strong working relationships. Trustworthy and reliable, as a key member of a small team. Some experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or similar industries (though we welcome those taking the first steps).
