Full training for career and personal development will also be provided.Shap Road & our new provision are registered care homes which provide care and support for up to 4 individuals in each home from 18 to 65 years with autism, learning difficulties, and complex health needs. With an Outstanding CQC judgment. Cambian Shap Road is probably one of the best residential care homes of its type in the county. Located in the picturesque town of Kendal it provides exceptional care and support for adults with learning disabilities and or challenges within the autistic spectrum.The successful candidates will be working between Shap Road and our soon to open new service, with a group of adults who are very happy and safe and who show high levels of respect and kindness towards each other.
