About The Service Homefield House is a specialist care centre providing long and short stay dementia nursing care for the elderly, and is situated in a semi‑rural location at Park Prewett on the outskirts of Basingstoke. The home provides 24 single bedrooms divided into 6 separate self‑contained units, each with its own lounge/dining area. We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Home Nurse to join our team in providing high‑quality care to our elderly service users with conditions such as Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson’s or other clinical diagnoses. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of care professionals to ensure that our service users receive the best possible care.
