We’re currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Manager to be based at our site in Burton Latimer on our contract with Weetabix. Working a 12 hour shift continental pattern which includes both day/nights and weekends. We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £34,575 per annum. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks. What you’ll do on a typical day: Lead a team of operatives safely, efficiently and fully compliant with site policies and procedures Continually review and suggest improvements to operational SOP’s, training out any changes and ensuring full compliance Maintain reports on productivity, including mitigation and opportunities to improve Support disciplinary meetings as required Contractor call out as required Complete all RTW interviews and administration as required Support the investigation of incidents as required; ensure all process and procedures are followed and that we operate a safe and efficient environment What you need to succeed at XPO: It’s important you have exposure of working in a fast‑paced environment – no two days will be the same and we need you to think on your feet Good knowledge of warehouse management systems Supervisory experience or demonstrable experience of stepping up to cover Supervisory role Demonstrable experience of working to Objectives/KPI’s Be part of something Big.
