OverviewWe are looking for an experienced full‑time veterinary surgeon to join our friendly and supportive team in Southwest London / Surrey. You will have independence to manage your own cases while enjoying guidance from colleagues across a range of expertise. Practice HighlightsVet4Life is a modern, well‑established first‑opinion small animal practice on the Surrey/Middlesex border. With three sites across Surbiton, Teddington and Shepperton, we are RCVS‑accredited and equipped with state‑of‑the‑art facilities, including an endoscope laparoscopic kit, ultrasound scanner, CR radiography Class 4 laser and a fully equipped in‑house lab. The team of 10 vets offers strengths in emergency and critical care, advanced veterinary practice, small animal surgery and medicine, surgical nursing, consulting, dermatology, cardiology, exotics and wellbeing. Example Weekday Shifts08:00‑17:30 or 10:00‑19:30 Responsibilities & Expectations• Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with team members. • Deliver high‑quality care to clients and their pets. • Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. • Pursue further qualifications or specialise in a clinical area, supported by the practice. Qualifications• RCVS‑registered veterinary surgeon with at least 3 years experience in a first‑opinion practice. • Demonstrated clinical independence paired with a collaborative spirit. • Passion for high‑quality patient care and client service.
