Customer Advisor - Stock Flow (Part Time) Location: B&Q Washington, England, United Kingdom Contract: Permanent starting 1 February 2026, 20 hours per week. Overview Join our team and help inspire people to create a home they love. You’ll ensure the store is stocked with essential products and new solutions. Efficiency and safety are vital, and you may gain a forklift licence with us. You’ll also explore new solutions and help grow our business. Responsibilities Stock management and optimisation of the store’s inventory. Maintain safety standards, including forklift operations if licensed. Explore new product solutions and contribute to business growth. Support teammates and collaborate on a rotating schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. What We Need Great communication skills and the ability to think clearly under pressure. Organised and analytical thinker with a knack for simplifying processes. Team player who supports colleagues and works through challenges together. Willingness to expand skills with new technology and ways of working.
