Overview Wates, has an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join our Planned Works team You'll be working on one of our key contracts in the Crawley area, delivering high-quality social housing projects - including roofing, cavity wall insulation, and external decorations. Your mission? To ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Planning and programming works, including short-term schedules Managing operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensuring top-notch quality control and health & safety compliance Attending pre- and post-inspections and advising on job requirements Producing weekly site progress reports Ensuring timely handover and invoicing to support smooth cash flow Qualifications SMSTS certification (essential) Full UK Driving Licence CSCS card (desirable) Experience in social housing and planned maintenance Strong leadership and communication skills Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Why join Wates?
