Diligently assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, tailoring teaching methods to individual needs (EAL, SEND). Establish and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment through effective behaviour management. Build strong working relationships and communicate proactively with parents, carers, and colleagues. About you: You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant undergraduate degree. Possess recent and successful teaching experience within the EYFS phase. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS Curriculum and a commitment to play‑based and child‑led learning principles. Exhibit strong skills in classroom management and pupil behaviour. Dedicated to upholding safeguarding standards and promoting child welfare.
