Requirements: BSc degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent). Postgraduate qualification desirable. SOR IV cannulation certificate. Hospital MRI experience. Ability to work accurately and compassionately. Strong teamwork and independent working skills. Availability throughout the week and flexible hours. Note: Only candidates with the required experience will be shortlisted (this is not a training role). Responsibilities See each patient as an individual, offering understanding and empathy. Work without supervision when required, performing high‑quality diagnostic examinations across a diverse range of MRI procedures while observing the current MRI Local Rules. Assist the MRI Lead Radiographer with day‑to‑day operational management of the MRI Department, ensuring smooth running of the MRI scanning list. Participate in service development and in training new radiographers. Ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion.
