The successful candidate will be an RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon, experienced in delivering exceptional patient care and client communication. You’ll thrive in a team environment, demonstrating clinical leadership and supporting progressive practice culture, including nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and develop colleagues, sharing best practice and enhancing the skills of the wider team. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional care during consultations and procedures, preparing tailored treatment plans with clear cost estimates, completing clinical handovers, and arranging transfers for out‑of‑hours or enhanced care patients. You’ll also be expected to drive professional excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance and the highest operational standards.
