Overview As an Engineering Manager, you'll have a role that is out of the ordinary. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team to deliver technical solutions across complex projects from concept design through to full Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC). You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects meet budget and performance targets, while acting as a Technical or Design Authority to provide assurance across a range of assets. Responsibilities Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver project scope effectively. Oversee technical solutions and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Act as Technical/Design Authority, providing assurance and governance. Integrate multi-disciplinary tasks and work packages across the project lifecycle. Support estimating and planning for engineering scope from concept to completion. This is a permanent role, working 37 hours per week, based at Warrington, Cheshire, with at least three days onsite per week. Qualifications Proven experience managing engineering scope and leading teams. Strong background in project delivery across the full lifecycle, with an understanding of multi-disciplinary interfaces. Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline or chartered status, with significant demonstrable experience. Must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
