The successful candidate will bring energy, commercial insight, and a collaborative mindset to deliver continued growth across volume, margin, and service excellence.Role OverviewAs Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of key customer accounts, ensuring their commercial success through effective category management, data-led planning, and strong retailer relationships. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident influencing across commercial, technical, and supply chain teams.Commercial Manager Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop key customer accounts with full commercial responsibilityBuild strong relationships with retail buying and technical teamsCreate and deliver data-led category plans and promotional activitySupport product development and innovation from a commercial perspectiveProvide regular sales forecasting and margin reportingCollaborate across supply and technical teams to ensure service excellenceCommercial Manager Key RequirementsExperience in commercial account or category management within Fresh Produce or FMCGCommercially focused with a strategic mindset and excellent communication skillsHighly organised and confident managing multiple prioritiesProficient in Excel and reporting toolsA team player with strong influencing and problem-solving skillsThis is an exciting opportunity to join a respected and growing business with a strong retail customer base as Commercial Manager.
