Salesforce Technical Lead Location: London (Hybrid, 2 to 3 days onsite)Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.Salary: £85,000 plus benefitsEmployment Type: Permanent, Full TimeAbout the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to take ownership of architecture, solution design and technical delivery across a growing Salesforce estate. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, product owners and development teams to create scalable solutions that support business strategy and deliver long term value.This is an opportunity to lead a high performing team, influence technical direction and contribute to a digital transformation programme where Salesforce is a core platform.Key Responsibilities Lead the technical design, development and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.Take ownership of architecture decisions that promote best practice, scalability and maintainability.Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.Mentor and guide Salesforce Developers and Administrators, providing technical leadership and code reviews.Oversee integration design with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware.Manage CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and environment management.Ensure all work adheres to governance, security standards and data protection requirements.Work closely with cross functional teams to support agile delivery and continuous improvement.Skills and Experience Required Proven background as a Salesforce Technical Lead, Senior Developer or Solution Architect.Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows and SOQL or SOSL.Hands on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and ideally Experience Cloud.A solid understanding of integration patterns and API connections.Knowledge of Salesforce best practice, governance and release management.Experience working within agile delivery environments.Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non technical colleagues.Certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, Application Architect or System Architect are highly desirable.What We Offer £85,000 base salaryHybrid working in London, typically 2 to 3 days onsiteThe chance to lead technical strategy in a modern Salesforce environmentOpportunities to work on large scale transformation programmesSupport for professional development and Salesforce certificationsTPBN1_UKTJ
